Collingwood is excited to be offering this opportunity to work within the home to cover maternity leave of the Deputy Manager.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the care home, supporting the Registered Manager with day-to-day tasks as well as your own responsibilities. Although this is maternity cover, there will be the opportunity to learn new skills and support a dynamic work force.
32-40 Hours per week 7 months Fixed Term Contract. Start date 28/06/2021
The successful candate will have:
- Minimum NVQ level 3
- Experience of working in a care home setting in a similar role.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and how to implement them
- Have excellent communication skills
- Able to lead and manage staff by leading by example as well as having awareness of staff’s well-being.
- Be passionate about person centered care and how this can be achieved.
