Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus, the home has taken the steps of prohibiting all visitors to the home with effect from 08.00pm Friday 13th of March.
In an emergency, visits may be arranged with the management team or senior staff on duty by prior arrangement.
We will of course keep you updated on current information while we work with South Gloucestershire Council and the Government guidelines to ensure the continued safety of your loved ones.
Please be reassured that the home will continue to uphold its care standards and the staff are all trained in infection control. The home will be putting additional controls in place to reduce the risk of infection as and when required.
The home has a mobile that can be used to contact your relative at any time. The number is: 07395169318.
Please use this number if you want to speak to one of the residents so it keeps the office operational at this time. It would be helpful to avoid meal times which are: 08.00am – 10.30am, 12.00pm – 14.00pm, 16.00pm – 18.00pm.
If you need to contact the home and speak to a member of the management team, then please continue to use the homes land line number.
